From Friday, April 6, 2018 to Friday, April 13, 2018, Trivago has created a serious disservice to our structure:
1) It showed a window where it seemed that our structure promised impossible discounts with prices of 25 EUR or 27 EUR per night per room;
2) Instead of making a reservation at CASA GRACE in Milan - ITALY, it linked our potential guests, through a booking site, Hotels.com or Expedia.com, to a facility in INDIA: GRACE RESIDENCY in Chennai.
Don't call us for problems that we cannot solve, but report them directly to Trivago by writing to email: info@trivago.it
